Speech-Language Pathology Support for Children
About Us
Communicate Together is a growing, dynamic independent Speech Pathology Service for children and young people with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), established in 2013 by Beth McLeod, Highly Specialist Speech Pathologist.
In partnership with families, schools and early years services across Sutherland Shire, we build flexible and affordable packages, delivering high quality assessment, therapy and support, tailored to each child’s individual needs.
Our Vision
Our vision is a world where extraordinary children who happen to have speech, language and communication needs, have access to timely and appropriate support to maximise their communication and learning potential and live wonderful, happy and successful lives full of JOY!

Our Story
Communicate Together was founded by Beth McLeod, Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist who sought the opportunity to provide services to children that were more flexible, needs-driven and child and family-centred. Beth always knew she wanted to help people when she grew up, and when it came time to choose her career path, the big question was “What’s the most important thing in maintaining a happy life?……COMMUNICATION!”
After graduating from the University of Sydney in 2000, Beth worked for the Education Department in Tasmania, Australia and a Sydney Area Health Service (similar to NHS Trust localities) but adventures abroad were calling! After living and working in the US and Canada for a time, Beth arrived in the UK in 2003. After an extensive time living, working, developing her skills and expertise across the UK, in 12 Trusts and within her successful private practice, Beth decided to return to her home and re-establish herself in her beloved Sydney!
